Everyone was very courteous, was on time, checkout was a breeze!!!

Oil change and tire rotation normal. But some how I got a trailer hitch ball put in my trailer hitch receiver. It was mine. That made for an interesting day. I did take it back to service department for them figure it out.

Vehicle service was started in timely manner. And finished in a timely manner !!!!!

The service rep was nice, but I was told a service was completed yet I am receiving emails that the service was not completed and that you recommend I return to have the service completed. This was my first time going to your dealership for service after moving to the area and I based on this experience my impression of your dealership is VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

The service department at BLAISE in Bloomsburg is always great!

Had to have my vehicle towed in late on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, due to a backlog, my vehicle diagnostics could not be checked until the next Wednesday morning. After giving permission to order the parts needed for repair, things moved very quickly and I received a call late Wednesday afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pickup. As always, the advice received on the repair was reliable and the entire staff very professional in keeping me posted on the status of the vehicle.

Everyone has been informative and courteous.

Alexander Family dealership of Bloomsburg always has taken care of my GMC truck. The service personnel are always polite, and professional. This time I needed a battery for the truck along with the remote start, being this close to Christmas and light on personnel Minique the service advisor was able to fit me in on short notice. I purchased this truck new in 2020, and the only personnel that takes care of this vehicle is Alexander. I would and I do recommend this dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle truck or car. Service was completed on time and everyone was professional!

I noticed my inspection was expired both guys stayed late to give an inspection and change oil. I felt bad but they didn't make me feel like it was any inconvenience they were very pleasant and professional.

Had a hard time explaining to service advisor what was and has been going on with my vehicle. From date of purchase my truck has run half way between 0 n 210 they finally did a up grade on my truck computer and it's running at 210. I was a Diesel Mechanic for over 30 years and have never seen any diesel engine temperature be so low. From date of purchase on a 2020 GME 2500 DENALI it has never been correct. I have other issues that dealership wanted to charge $134.95 to check issues and I have been having these same issues all along. The last problem I started having was the automatic headlight lite would disappear and reappear when ever it wanted to, I couldn't turn the automatic light back on manually. It came on when it wanted to!! The mechanic sent out to me a couple of papers on how the headlight switch was to function. I let you know I have driven this truck over 65k and know how things are supposed to work. Then wanting to charge fer pre-existing conditions is not right. Cause it's out of warranty. That's not right and I told them so. And I am thankful that David and your computer told the rest of the story about my trucks issues!! Communication between customers and mechanics is very vidal. I person I service advisor I dealt with was very understanding. The price you pay for a new vehicle is crazy! Thank you very much Ronald Kelly 570-951-4961

Dropped car off and was done 2 hrs later with no issues. Tires recommended but have time before new ones are needed and a quote was given for replacement.

The service was great. Two tire sensors were replaced. Later that evening the same tire monitor system - service notice returned on the dashboard.

We had my SUV serviced there 3 times in 3 weeks because it wasn’t fixed the first 2 times. It had to be towed there multiple times that we had to pay for. They told us it was one thing and it was fixed. Then it stopped working and was immobile in a matter of 6 hours. Then it was something else, and we were told it was fixed. And had to be towed again. We took it back again. And it was something else. The customer service was not fantastic either. When I initially called to set up an appointment the gentleman did not listen to what I had said was going on. Cut me off and told me he “got the gist of what’s going on” we found out what he wrote in the notes was nothing that I said was happening with my car. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. I would rather drive an hour away before going back there.

Excellent warranty work on 3.0l diesel engine. Got all the updates and replacement of worn parts while cab was off. It made it easier for technician. The only issue is with gm not giving technician and dealership enough time and money to do these warranty work jobs. After see what s involved, gm needs to step up in this department.

Very professional. However, the phone calls and emails after for a review are annoying.

Parts manager Dave was great to work with in resolving an issue.

Not sure about all the service beening done. The engine was getting pulled to do warranty work done on it. I have not heard if it was done yet. I usually hear from service department before getting a survey.

It took a week for the item my truck needed which is fine and to be expected when it arrived they got me in there very quickly took roughly an hour and my truck was done awesome the only issue I have is my truck has white interior and twice now I have had greasy hand prints on my interior and a boot print on my door where they obviously opened it with their foot I paid a lot of money for it and paid cash before getting in and out I don’t think it is too much to ask to wash their hands

Not happy with service . Service department was less than honest about my service issues . And my truck still has issues they should have addressed .

The last 2 times they were reminded to do it and never greased the front of my 2500. My wife took it for service yesterday and she reminded the service writer prior to work about it. When it got home I checked and no grease on the front end grease zerks. The last time I had there the same thing happened and I checked before leaving. The truck had to be pulled back in for the grease.

went for service and a engine light on… received a service and was told everything was ok and it might have been a little low on oil is why light was on. Left and a half mile the light was back on

My appt. was right on time. Personnel in the office were personable and welcoming. In the waiting room, a rep. came to inquire if I was interested in updating or making any changes, but was not aggressive. I found a private area to make a cell phone call, and the office personnel sought me out to inform me that my car was ready.

Staff was friendly, and offers to add inspection of my truck to my scheduled time for oil change - that was due in October. Sadly they put the wrong sticker on my truck (for August instead of October) so I had to go back the next day to get the correct sticker.
